Returns
Should it be necessary to return an item, we will happily refund undamaged items in accordance with the restrictions outlined in this section. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. You must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping the package, within a period of 7 days of receipt of original purchase. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the package or it will not be accepted. A RMA number can be obtained by e-mailing us at service@jazzups.com. It is better to insure the package. All merchandise will be inspected and must be free from damage, alterations, or wear. We will not be responsible for lost or packages damaged by the shipping company. You will receive a refund for the full amount of the items excluding the original shipping expenses and excluding a restocking fee. A refund will be credited to the customer's next order. Items that are special order or that have been altered may not be returned.

Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Please note that the charges will appear against "CPPI". Our order checkout module is on a secure server to protect your credit card information. Charges will be made when the order is ready to ship. All credit card orders are subject to verification. Please make sure you supply any requested information, and provide us with easy means of getting back to you if need be, so that your order can be processed without unnecessary delays. [TOP]

Shipping
We offer convenient shipping methods for delivery within the United States, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 12 p.m. will be shipped the next business day.  Orders are served on a first come, first ship basis provided the items are in stock. The Customer will be notified of any delay by email. UPS Shipping DOES NOT deliver to P.O. Boxes. Saturday delivery is extra. Shipping charges are added to the order after the order is pulled.

Some deliveries may require signature. We are neither responsible for the failure of the carrier to demand this, nor can we request that they do not. Customers are responsible for facilitating proper delivery by carrier. Shipping & Handling is not refundable on refused or undeliverable shipments. [TOP]

Sales Tax
We require a tax resale certificate or business license from our customers. This allows us to not charge sales tax on our products.

Product Specifications
Product images featured on this web site may have been altered, reduced or enlarged. These images are intended to represent the general design and appearance of the item. We try our best to show the true colors of our products. Monitor Resolutions and color settings play a major part in how the product colors are displayed. Since most of the products featured on this website are painted by hand, there may be a slight variation in product specifications described on this website and the actual product itself.

Custom Pieces and Quantity Discounts
We offer quantity discounts on orders of 1 gross (144 pieces) on one style of 30% off. For special orders and custom pieces please allow 4-6 weeks for the product to be made after confirmation. Minimum quantity is 70 dozen (840 pieces). For a special design, there will be a $40 mold charge. There is a 25% deposit required. Special order and custom order discounts are 30% less 20%. Shipping is not included.
